I love Mayor ?? it's super delicious ?

Delicious burgers and fries, prices are great, delivery always super fast. Once the delivery was there within 10 minutes (does not speak for the highest quality, but with fast food I am undemanding, it tastes anyway).

The absolute best burger in the delivery service area. Burgers and fries taste absolutely great and you get the feeling that the products have just left the kitchen.

Both citizens ordered tasted very good. Everything received as ordered. The tomatoes were super fruity! Since I picked up my online order myself, I had to stand outside in the cold for 7 minutes because my order wasn't ready. For this a star deduction.

Delivery very fast! Sweet potato fries delicious! Chickenburger tastes great but unfortunately the bun is so soft that it falls apart when you bite it for the first time ?

The burgers are delicious but unfortunately the orders are never ready on time. Both on delivery and on pick-up, the meal wasn't even ready on time. With today's order for 1 p.m., which we picked up personally, we still had to wait 20 minutes. When I said that it would be nice if I order for 1pm and get the food at 1pm, the answer I received was “Yes, many pre-orders ..” and no apology. In addition, a burger was missing, which of course only became apparent when unpacking. All in all, not a good service to the customer and therefore we will probably not order anything here in the future.

Burgers are delicious, but unfortunately pre-ordering for a specific time doesn't work so well. Ordered today for 12.30 p.m., now it's 12.52 p.m. and no burger in sight. This is not good.

Very good value for money and extremely fast delivery

When ordering at lunchtime on weekdays, there were “complications” with regard to the scheduled delivery time. The branch manager in Koblenz was accommodating and customer-oriented in the debriefing.

The food is delicious, even if it's a little too salty now and then. The fact that I ordered it to be picked up for 6.45 p.m. and had to wait 30 minutes in the rain, although no information came, it would take longer, I found extremely unfriendly to the customer. The food was cold, I was freezing and there was no trace of an apology. What a shame.

As always a very reliable and fast delivery and really tasty burgers. Thank you and see you next time!

Food was good, but all sauces were forgotten on delivery!

Nuggets were delicious. Burger was nothing special though. Inadequate for the price. Otherwise you can't complain.

Food was great, nothing to complain about. Only a bit unpleasant with the delivery flat rate that the driver did not know anything about the advertised 30-minute guarantee and the € 2 online voucher. After a short and uncomplicated contact, a remedy was immediately, unproblematically and without discussion. This is how service has to be, keep it up. People like to order.

Incredibly delicious

Ordered for the second time and it's super tasty. I can only recommend it. There were no menus to choose from Lieferando, so we are now ordering directly from Burgerme.

The citizens are really delicious ... The meat was good and tasty and really full ... The fries were hot, a bit salty (which I like very much) and nice crunchy ... The insider tip was the cake in the glass ... The restaurant is not that cozy and quite small ... ? ? ?
